This segment of the web site is designed to provide some quick background information on health at school as well as provide some help to school health professionals who may be asked to work with reporters and other members of the media on school health topics that are in the news.

School Health Basics This section provides an organization chart to help explain ‘who’s in charge’ of school health as well as articles and powerpoint presentations that offer an overview of the history and financing of school health. Political and policy questions are also explored.
